In these terms, “ZENHNIT”, “we” and “the store” refer to the seller identified above.
These terms apply to use of the store and purchases made through it. The Refund Policy supplements the conditions of sale, and the Privacy Policy explains personal data processing.
The store sells art prints in the sizes and framing options shown on each product page. Prints are produced after an order is placed through our partner Gelato’s network.
Check the artwork, size, frame option, quantity and delivery address before completing your order. Interior scenes and lifestyle images are illustrative; the purchased product’s specifications are those stated in its description and selected option.
Displayed colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. This does not exclude responsibility for significant differences or products that do not conform to their description.
To place an order, you must have the legal capacity required to enter into the contract and use an authorized payment method.
Completing an order creates an obligation to pay. Order confirmation and information are sent to the email address provided.
Product prices, shipping costs and taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment is completed. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through Paynet/Cybersource, as well as PayPal, according to the options available at checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay, the Paynet wallet or other methods can be used when displayed for your order and device.
The currency and amount being authorized are shown at the final payment stage. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or conversion rates.
Payments are processed through payment providers using applicable security measures, including 3D Secure authentication within the card payment integration. Your issuing bank may require additional verification.
If a pricing error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge additional amounts or substitute a product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund the amounts due under applicable law.
Gelato and its partners provide production and shipping services. ZENHNIT remains the seller and your contact for order-related problems.
We deliver to destinations accepted at checkout for the selected products. Total delivery time includes production and shipping. We comply with the delivery period agreed before ordering; if no other period is agreed, the statutory deadline applies, without undue delay and, where applicable, within 30 days of entering into the contract.
Products may be shipped separately. Tracking information is provided when available.
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Changes may no longer be possible after shipment. Any additional shipping costs caused by incorrect customer-provided details will be disclosed and agreed in advance, subject to mandatory rights.
For delayed, lost or damaged parcels, email support@zenhnit.store. Using production or delivery partners does not remove the seller’s legal responsibilities.
Our Refund Policy applies.
Production after ordering and selection of standard product options do not automatically exclude statutory withdrawal rights. For eligible refunds described in the policy, we do not require the print or frame to be physically returned.
Rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected. Accepting these terms does not waive mandatory consumer rights.
Artwork, photographs, text and other materials are protected by their respective owners’ rights.
Purchasing a print or another physical product does not transfer copyright or grant a licence for commercial reproduction of the artwork. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious content or infringement of another person’s rights.
The store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify and other providers involved may process information needed to operate the store and fulfil orders.
Shopify Network Intelligence, cookies, data recipients and international transfers are described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these terms does not constitute consent to promotional communications or optional tracking technologies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections provided by other applicable rules, including those of the consumer’s country of residence where applicable.
You may contact support@zenhnit.store to seek an amicable resolution. Contacting us does not prevent you from approaching competent authorities, payment providers or courts.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable to an order is the version available and accepted when the contract was entered into. Later changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to existing orders.
